This guy spent 7 years and still no profit. What does that tell you, he spent 7 years on r and d. Now, if you look at the vendor list for the department on energys project x, he is the listed vendor for printed circuit boards and ceramic substrate.

******Ask yourself this, how does a man with a net loss pay for

Itar compliance
Consulting fee
Stock revival
Re domiciled in ny
Transfer fee

Etc. this is a large amount of money for someone with a net loss. Imo, he has been awarded a contract, project x starts construction in 2016 and completed by 2021. Check the budget on it, your pants will get tighter
