I think Peter displays certificates relevant to his own industry. He is not trying to brag about higher education that does not speak to his position at PVEC. I am confident that the engineering background on his resume is 100% true. And by the way.. Even if he hadn't gone to college, lets remember that Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, among many other successful billionaire entrepreneurs, did not have college degrees.
