There is no denying this resume of Peter Villiotis ...

Are you able to back-up your confident assertion with any evidence whatsoever? If you can, please do so ASAP.

IMO, Peter has extremely embellished his educational background. I do not believe he has any true college 4-year degree, let alone an advanced Master's or Ph.D. degree in Engineering.

The evidence I offer to back-up my opinion includes the photos taken by rayinbrooklyn65 and SPORTYNORTY during their visit with Peter Villiotis at the PVEC office on 8/6/13 in which three framed certificates were photographed:

Why would anyone who has the college degrees Peter claims to have, frame and display insignificant certificates such as Ray and Sporty photographed but not frame and display what would be much more significant college diplomas? The only logical answer is that he does not have the degrees he claims.

This framed certificate issued by his then employer Carnival Cruises is for a two-day "Ship Manager Update Course" taken on May 4 and 5 2009:

This framed certificate is for a one-day "ISO 9001:2000 Appreciation and Interpretation Trainging Course" taken on 2/22/2005:

This framed certificate states that as a "Lifetime Member," Peter Villiotis qualified for inclusion in the 2009-2010 edition of the "Cambridge Who's Who Registry of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs."

Who's Who registries are usually vanity publications in which people are enticed to pay a membership fee in order to be listed. Some are worse than others and Cambridge seems to one of the worst. By displaying his Cambridge Who's Who certificate, Peter actually shows that he fell for a scam award the he had to pay for. Somehow they got him to pay for a "lifetime membership," which I've never seen.

Lastly, the following photo shows what appears to be Peter's office and the certificates on his wall:
