Re: Bingo! Intel is no doubt collecting and documenting each and
every scrap of self-congratulatory braggadocio from AMD
executives and officers and will throw it back in their face if
the suite goes to trial to show how mendacious and hypocr-
itical AMD is in claiming Intel practices have damaged them.

I think poetically, it would be nice to see AMD's suit backfire on them, either by creating a very negative perception in the media, or allowing Intel to counter-sue, or force AMD to pay for all litigation expenses. But in all likelihood, AMD has probably designed the suit so that they can walk away covered in sh!t, but still smelling like a rose.
