but given that AMD is crowing about their customer's perception so much, it's hard to believe they will have any real case to present to a judge when all is said and done.

Bingo! Intel is no doubt collecting and documenting each and
every scrap of self-congratulatory braggadocio from AMD
executives and officers and will throw it back in their face if
the suite goes to trial to show how mendacious and hypocr-
itical AMD is in claiming Intel practices have damaged them.

Maybe if AMD keeps flapping its mouth like this Intel could
press the judge to summarily dismiss the suite as without
merit.
