REITS

A lot of REITS haven't really done incredibly well in my opinion lately. I mean ARCP was at $15 at one point this year now it is at $13. it is yielding about 7.7% right now, and is absurdly cheap in my opinion. FSP is yield over 6.25%, and insiders have been buying at current prices. IRT is yielding over 8%. LXP dividend yielding about 6.2%. So I feel we have some good REIT opportunities considering the 10 year is what around 2.65% right now. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
