The SEC and FINRA are not playing around anymore. They halted $PHOT
due to third party promotional activities - they only suspected it
was going to happen.

Halted securities are a very scary thought so now people are thinking
twice before they play the "next hot weed play". VCSP suspected it
was only a matter of time before it happened, therefore we will be
very cautious about alerting any MJ play that we haven't done a full
DD package on.
