This moves only when top I-Hubbers gang up-on-it for a trip to $1 land.. Until-then, MM’s doing everything to hold it back while they swap for cheap shares. Don't know which of the pending PR's will trigger a full scale LAUNCH, but it is disappointing that the volume & interest is currently where it is..
