Apples to oranges. I did not make a killing on the scambertire deal, I did get my investment back (finally). CBYI made a killing on me many years back. So, good for you, you are rich! I am not. I do not view CBYI with fond memories.
As for the freebies, selling them at a loss, will negate the returned investment from the scambertire deal. So, only freebies if I make some money on them (or break even). Whole different situation than with you? You are picking out your Ferrari, I am eating on the value menu at Wendy's (but I am fine with that)!
