IMO:It has always been IDCC's policy to be extremely conservative in the news they report..A contract signed by two parties involving the exchange of money may not be perceived as official until the money is actually paid..We have EXISTING licenses with Nokia and Samsung..and they have yet to PAY what they legally owe for ALL of 2002.The Ericsson final payment for their new license only arrived as per IDCC "in the early part of the SECOND QUARTER".. If investors are not satisfied that IDCC does not leak news..or as some Companies divulge news about Chips coming to market in six months (perhaps)..It does make for difficulty in trading options, calls and puts..Not for the long term INVESTOR.
