Aha! Look what I found. This time I put "chicken tail" in the search box.

I get my beef from my 4-H nephews...one half of a specially fed heifer twice a year. They do not kill baby calves!!

Oxtail is just that ...the tail of the heifer. Why they call it Oxtail though is anybody's guess. It's very expensive in the supermarket...makes great soup.

I thought everybody liked soup!
