IMO the following is for day traders, not longs.

New 8-k discloses shares "in excess" of 8 million. I do not like it when a company says "in excess" of a certain amount of shares.

I can say I have "in excess of $5.00 in my pocket" and will not be called a liar if I have $300 in my pocket, it is in excess of $5.

I think tomorrow there will be a drop in price because of this 8-k and PHOT may take the POT stocks down a bit more.

I doubt it dips below $3.00, but I will buy if near there.

I foresee a decent pop in the future, possibly in the low teens, because of a possible low float and fluff PRs. Just IMO as a way to make some nice bank short term.
