With Windows XP no longer supported...

my mom's computer is 7 years old. Dell XPS 720.

250GB hard drive with 102 GB of free space. 4 GB of RAM (shows 3GB), 2.67ghz Intel processor #6750.

Can she upgrade to Windows 7? Home or Pro? 16-bit? 32-bit?
