Yeah, I definitely agree with you on the higher lows. As far as staying at this level, I am 50-50 on that. From a technical point of view this is a buy here. If enough people buy and push it over .025, then we are in breakout territory. However, if the technicals do not entice enough people, then yeah, we have to wait for news for a catalyst.
