If one takes the time to read they will find that no person may hold more than 9.9% of ACGX at any given time so they have to sell to get their notes paid.. It also gives them the ability to add each shares they sell giving them a 20% Gtd. profit on all shares they convert.. When the shares were 8.5 Million the most that one could hold was 849,999 shares.. Today it is 57,000,000 shares giving more reason for the spikes that seem always to occur recently.. hope this helps.. hank

No way for anyone to know for certain that a note holder is dumping “all their shares”. As ValueTrader119 has pointed out, the severity of the Share Structure increases on any stock are relative to the total volume over the same period.
