You don't read the financial reports, do you? In their financial reports, they clearly state that in the license agreement they have with the Marley estate, they are not able to license or open coffee houses using the Marley name.

That's why they did the Bike Cafe's - it's technically not a "coffee house".

It's more likely the Marley family wants to open Marley Coffee Houses on their own.
