I disagree 100% with this post.
And please don´t say what other people think
if you don´t know it!

With the free shares HDRE would never run higher as $1-$2
because all people knew share structure of Greenscape would start with 98m o/s +convertibles +liabilities and more dilution would happen.
IPOS go very often down after the first day and HDRE would also tank
when people get the IPO shares. It would be difficult to play it right!

Now HDRE is Greenscape, with 46m o/s, without liabilities of Greenscape, without the huge dilution and this is of course
more potential now.
Market cap get´s calculated with o/s and if the o/s is lower
and dilution not extreme the potential is greater!
This is a fact!
