The real reason this started going up in the first place is because Coleridge because the head of the company, then it appeared he also became the head of other companies (like IGU) and this board's thoughts were that they would reverse merge with IGU and then the IGU business would become a public company.
In order to reverse merge with IGU, VKML (or IGA/however you want to refer to it) needs to exchange VKML/IGA shares with IGU shares. If Moreno owns/owned the IGU shares, it seems to me like he has to get the 87 million, or else the merger doesn't happen and the whole thing falls apart... do you disagree? And if you do, why/how?
I'm not trying to argue or anything, I'm just trying to actually figure this out, and help other people do the same.
