Sorry- maybe I'm missing something big, but have we seen something that says Coleridge owned VKML? I know he was the officer/executive/president, etc, but we don't know anything about shares owned. Plus, it was the BOARD of VKML who decided to do the deal, not the "owners" right? Do you have evidence of who the board is?
And the "merge in" happens when VKML buys shares of Indie. VKML "bought" the Indie shares (from Moreno) with $185k and the 87 million shares of VKML.
They're not Coleridge's to take. That's like saying if you own a bike, and you and I enter an agreement for me to buy the bike for $1,000, then I decide I don't want you to have the $1,000, I can still have the bike, but take back the $1,000 because it's "mine to revoke." VKML bought/merged Moreno's company for 87 million shares.
Do you see what I'm saying? If VKML doesn't pay Moreno for his shares of Indie, then VKML doesn't buy indie.
