I remember having lunch with some of my fellow business owners & discussing the prospects for Resorts International stock offering, & their chance for success when Resorts opened the casino. Only two of us out of the six thought they would be successful, & I said very, very successful. What amazed me, blew my mind, is these very successful businessmen but couldn't see the forest for the trees. Most of them went to Las Vegas to gamble once or twice a year, & couldn't comprehend the success AC would have just by its convenient location for those on the east coast.

Resorts went public, to the best of my recollection, at $13 or $17, & very quickly went to well over $100/shr. Another friend of mine, who lived in the AC area, had a $5 million gain on the shares he bought. I wanted to take a position but couldn't for reasons out of my control, & it has bugged me for years. It, like USEI, was a no brainer.

What happened with MDBX going from $4/sh on a Monday & hit $215 by that Friday, reminds me of the Resorts ipo explosion, & the fact that after resorts, other gambling establishments opened in AC, went public & made many more millionaires.

The bottom line is the marijuana industry, just as gambling in NJ was in the past, is in its infancy & has no place to go but up, & if you're in you win!
