Sorry, but I don't buy your premise. In fact, i think, in the case of Ol' Joe at least, that the circumstances may be exactly the opposite of what you describe.

BTW, would someone please tell me exactly who the famous "Boot Brothers" are? I've assumed that Ol' Joe is one of the Boot Brothers, but maybe not. If he is, who is the other? And just how would you know that the boot brothers are under cutting the ask? Are you their broker? Has the TA told you this? Or is this some info from MW that you're just planting on the board at his behest?

While you're at it. Ask MW to publish an independent audit describing exactly where all that $250,000.00 went. If it was used legitimately that should be no problem. On the other hand ...
