You simply subtract AS from OS (EXcluding preferred shares and things of this nature) = FLOAT

I agree the float is NOT 700 million or even close.

To find the float that's how you do it. Period. Or ask the TA.

The negative people have CRYSTAL CLEAR AGENDA.
