ITS IMPOSSIBLE for this stock to have 700 Million shares+ as the float! That OS is only 258 Million, The authorized Shares is 1 Billion. So i know for a fact that the Float is much lower than 700 Million. Its probably between the 50 Million - 200 Million range. Like i said, I will find out tomorrow what the actual Float is.
