It makes perfect sense if it is a BUYER refusing to wait, he wants his shares the hell NOW- BEFORE that news comes out.. then again, at the same time you're calling it all a DUMP .... if it is a huge DUMP, then the dumper would WANT TO wait-- wouldn't he?

Of course I have assumed that who/what ever this entity is KNEW about the news coming out .. in both instances ... aren't I

Still not clear on what caused that huge volume

Edit: And then again, I kind of missed the gist of what you are saying... you're talking about completely prearranged transactions with a buyer/seller already matched and a predetermined date on the whole thing ..... I think?
