Because the timing was a bit off. Market makers are obliged to go through the deals when time says so. In other words, if a note conversion has been put into motion, the buyer will not wait to get his shares delivered.

Those 120 million shares that were dumped have been only partially redistributed to retail sackholderz, and that is why the stock held above 0.001

Wait when that clears, prompting a more greater dumpage.


I am expecting 1B shares OS in very short order here
