This stock traded over 700 million shares in a single day and 300 plus million more than once, the float is definitely higher than 300 million.

I am for MELY, but people need to pay attention to the volume of trading. Is everyone flipping there shares several times per day? NO. And that is what it would take to trade 727 million shares in a day of a company with a float less than 300 million: on April 3rd MELY traded 727 million shares and on the 4th MELY traded 393 million shares.

The float is probably closer to a 1 Billion shares and that is not a lot of shares for a penny stock.

Should get the 8k by Friday and hopefully a PR with more details.
