You were making perfect sense right up until to your last paragraph;

1. The only "Hostility" taking place here is the current CEO's towards his shareholders...trust Us- No ONE in their right mind is taking over this sad puppy!
2. So "you" don't think much more dilution will happen? Where have you been for the past three plus years? That's ALL BBDA does....dilute!
3. "Buyback"???? Seriously? It's a good a thing you're "no" investor in this!

BTW- We're ALWAYS making money "Selling" our BBDA shares!!! If you don't know what I'm talking about -go back a little in time so you can "catch up" with Current Events!
