The 9 million that was "dumped" was probably a late print why would they dump at .001 when there was a 20+ bid at .0011? It's like everyone on this board with negative opinions of this stock doesn't know how to trade penny stocks. Could I be wrong? Yes but from looking at the chart we are going up! It doesn't take much for VFIN to move.

Also if they increase the o/s anymore a hostile takeover could happen if another company wanted the product. So I do not think much more dilution will happen if the product is selling I think we have a buy back but I'm no investor I won't be here for that long.
