You will be given stock in the buying company most likely equal to what you own at the buy out price. Or you can sell before the buyout takes effect and usually at the price of the buyout. My hope is everybody that has been a long time investor will get a fair price on buyout. I have been on 2 buyouts and ended up getting back what I had invested but they didn't have the potential that 3Dicon has. I really don't look for a buyout but several companys using C space in their product and paying royalitys and the stock going up over 1.00.
