The 8-k warns about forward looking statements, soos.
It has a big heading that says: "cautionary note regarding forward looking statements".

You have misread the 8-k. It does contain the protection for forward looking statements that is found in PRs.

There is a big difference between saying that $900k will be paid, and $900k has been paid. And Solomon has been around long enough to know it.
