And therein lies the rub. One does not just pour a floor and set a 200 ton vault on top of it. The vault would need it's own foundation.

Oddly enough, the requirements for a level 10's vault as listed on HC's site, mentions poured concrete walls. There's nothing in there about a lego vault. And then there is the grid and the steel mesh, both of which will be problematic for a lego vault.
