The only restriction that the dividend shares have is that Regen is not tradeable yet until they get a stock ticker symbol. The dividend was common shares, not restricted. As soon as Regen is tradeable, so are your shares.

Moreover, the dividend was issued as free shares based on each shareholders BMSN quantity, so again how is Dr. Koos living off our dime as you said?

That was why I indicated that the logic of your entire post was incorrect, or your assumptions were.

If you really don't want your free shares in Regen, I'm sure there is a line of people willing to take them off your hands for you.
