You are should be good (to golden) long term here. Basic plan is simple really but very sound:
-Connect growers and producers with clientele on a large scale.
After merger it will have the growers and producers part really.
When you see posts like amazon of the weed or so, it may seem far fetched but it is generally similar base plan. Once the sector will be allowed to move really (I think we are in a sector-wide speculative mode now) there will be no Koenigsegg able to catch the ticker.
Of course, I cannot advise you to invest, can only say I did it myself and am actually quite happy today.
