Well obviously there are many good ideas out there that never produce a dime - but I agree that a penny stock can pop -

Let's try another one. Is it possible that the intellectual elite, while refusing to vote for someone they considered a bumbling fool, could not convince the populace that voting for him was a "ridiculous idea" and therfore had to vacate 1600 Penn Ave.?
