PAIM stated in the 211 that the government will recieve between 1-3% of all profits from the mines.
I noticed that. Exactly why will the government be receiving that money? Are we talking legitimate fees, or are we talking bribery?
A lot of filipinos think that is why there is a US presence in the PI right now, george bush wants to find the gold!
