According to this article, the quiet period is related to the initial public offering of a stock. With REGEN filing for ticker symbol and therefore initial public trading, the quiet period will extend I believe until Regen begins trading which is dependent on ticker symbol and MM submission and therefore we don't know the date or "days" left.
Since Koos is mainly a one man show trying to tie all these things together, it may take longer than normal, but when or how long is unknown to everyone unless there is someone with insider information and therefore anyone who "claims" to know and give specifics is either committing a possible crime or full of nonsense.
As Traz has pointed out, if they had bad news on the trials before filing for spin off etc., they would be obligated to report. If they had negative results in the trials, why spend all the extra effort to spinoff REGEN and have IPO only to have to go public with news of failure while launching an IPO. Who would that draw to invest?
So while we have silence, there is reason to deduce that the silence is most likely tied up with good news to come.
