Ls Once again you are Mistaken..ProvistaDX has always keep the LUNG CANCER Blood Test.It is Called LC Sentinel, it was a test that combined ProvistaDx with DR-70. That is why Radient changed the name from DR-70 to Onko-Sure. They are developing it with William and their GCDX upcoming subsidiary.William likes to separate companies..ProvistaDX is Breast , Ovarian , and other FEMALE related cancer diseases..Once the merger of Radient is complete, then GCDX will be in the ProvistaDX as a subsidiary focusing on Lung Cancer and other types of cancer. Everything you state is YOUR OPINION, not fact as the way you present it here. Mine is an opinion and 4 years of Research. You have been longer, mater if fact you came along on this board a few days before Whalehaven, Alpha a.k.a as the 2009 lenders..About the NDA..True they can sell it after the patent expires. That is why Uni Pharma wanted it in their contract..ProvistaDX is backed by some heavy pockets..Angel investors which includes William Gartner. William doesn't have enough funding to go alone with GCDX..You admitted that he couldn't raise mony..You are right, he raised it through Provista DX. They are the takeover company who stated in 2010 that they were interested in merging with Radient once shareholder approval is met. Well, now the shareholders will agree to a stock for stock swap. Lake, you are saying that Uni Pharma can sell DR-70 after the Patent expires even though they have a NDA..Since that clause of NDA for 5 years, it is also true the Non-Compete Clause will also be in effect after the patent expires and the agreement is nullified..So true,Uni can sell it, but we would benefit. But that CONTACT between Uni and Radient has not been announced as signed now..imo

Lake your last four posts have to proven, if not could you please place an imo after your Story. Thank you Wolf

"Just One Thing"

I bought and own a good percentage of this company stock, not because of the scenarios you posted. I bought Radient because of the merger LOI with ProvistaDx merger. A non-signed contract becomes a letter of intent. Don't you agree?
