Agreed, Ed's primary focus is going to be generating revenue to get the share price requirement for NASDAQ up listing rather than a simple RS to get there which isn't going to increase shareholder value.
Revenue is much more important, with increased revenue the shareprice will follow, allowing a "Natural" up listing. A RS is just "MakeUp" that fades away.
