I understand that $1 does not get you to NASDAQ. I used $1 as an example to show what a reverse split would do.

Please understand the bad implications of a reverse split would have on this stock. And please look at how a big fish would soar us over the minimum required bid for NASDAQ.

My analysis if we get Apple:

60,000,000 iphone users in America...

60,000,000 X 1 transaction per day X 365 days in the year = 21,900,000,000 transactions from apple iphone users...

MYEC gets $.10 per transaction = $2,190,000,000 in revenue...

Because of MYEC low overhead costs, there will be high profit margin...so say net income from apple users using mobile payment app = $2.19 Billion x .65 = $1,423,500,000 in net income from Apple.

$1,423,500,000 Net Income/ 3,100,000,000 shares = $.46 Earnings Per Share

$.46 x 50 P/E Ratio (conservative) = $22.96 share price with current share structure!

It will take time for all iphone users to use their iphone as mobile payment option opposed to their plastic cards. People resist change, but as soon as people see the advantage we will soar with Apple as you can see. That would be the share price just from Apple alone. Imagine all smartphones having MYEC as backend as well as regular companies using MYEC as back end.

But the key is Apple, because they will be coming out with their mobile payment app with their next iPhone in October/September.
