Illegal share based compensation practices. The 10K speaks for itself. Read it. Have your attorney read it. Sterling and PHOT cheated. And the SEC caught them. Had PHOT not been a fully reporting company, they probably would have never been caught. Do you really think 2 Law Firms would risk their Law Licenses and file a fictitious pleading??? PHOT is done. Now it's just damage control and mitigation for us, The Shareholders.
