What you are assuming is that the TRANCHE will be closed and that is the flaw in your thinking.

Tranches 1/2/3 were PAID IN FULL before they were closed not (worked) as per your wording.

CLASS 16 either is paid in FULL or it will not close until the LIQUIDATION/LITIGATION TRUSTS are dissolved.

When that happens all the UNICORNS will have disappeared with the assets/cash forever, there will be no restart to pay EQUITY.

Stop making unfounded statements like they are set in stone.
