Sorry, I don't mean to be a dick or discourage you from putting some money in here, but do you really not see that the answer to your questions *is* to do your DD, and that someone was nice enough to pass along several links to do just that, making it about as easy as it could possibly be for you to evaluate this opportunity?

And regardless, popping up on an iHub board and saying, "hey, can anyone here quickly explain to me why I should buy some of this stock without me having to do much research on my own" sure seems like a sure-fire way to walk right into a scam. Fortunately that's not the case here, but I would be careful taking that approach on most other penny stock forums around here...
