2 follow-on questions:

Re DCVax-L: have you seen anything on what is used to multiply the DCs, an whether IL-12 is involved? I have been searching but have not found anything yt.

Re DCVax-Direct: Direct apparently uses something called BCG to start the tumor cell death to enable better uptake of the antigens by the DCs. What are your thoughts on the effectiveness of BCG to cause tumor cell death? I would think this also would cause the inflammatory signals needed to facilitate the uptake, referencing the discussion of last week.
