Wait - I might just be remembering incorrectly, but this (your first link)seems different than what I remember reading the first time?
First of all ,at the top when they list the owners of Indie Growers Union, the amounts don't add up to 100%. Also, I remember that the first thing we saw DIDN'T list the owners, it just said "see attachment b"
Second, In Attachment B, the %'s add up to 105%
Finally, I thought I remembered reading that the shares that the seller is getting are not subject to a R/S for 2 years, but it says in here that "shares of Indie Growers Association... shall not be subject to a consolidation..." isn't that different than before?
Sorry Baomike - I've been busy at work this week and haven't had much time to paruse everything being posted here. Are these the issues you were pointing out? Crazy stuff.
