All I have ever said is that in order for Mr Hilal to reach his stated goal of being a Nasdaq listed company and to maximize his personal profit from that is that his interests will intersect with shareholder interests in the form of a higher share price reflecting the true value of the company. The one who has the most to gain from a higher share price is Mr Hilal. Is there anybody here who thinks Mr Hilal can't award himself a huge share bonus even if he doesn't already have a large current shareholding?
And moving to NY will require he start acting like a normal CEO period. You have to report in NY or the lawsuits begin.
