So, if Sytner's this big boogeyman, how come he wasn't named in the lawsuit. Where would this "large short position" come from? All the defendents that got forged shares were named in the suit. Stewie wasn't there. I doubt he sold any shares. He was listed as a restricted shareholder (original March Indy) back on 4/21/2005.
