Competition and Pricing

Hello Everyone. I may not be as knowledgeable as some of you on the board when it comes to Vascepa and heart health. Now a days, there seems to be many alternatives for high potency EPA-only fish oil on the market. E.g. Norwegian Gold EPA 1000 Omega. And these alternatives can be bought off the shelf without any prescription. The company's share price has pulled back quite a bit from the all time highs, so I am trying to understand the long thesis for Amarin/Vascepa.
