Wow. The fact that he affirms it isn't important enough for an 8k, renders his follow-up spin regarding its "importance" as just so much more noise (besides, the substance of that pr is yet another distraction from left field: who had any idea that we were looking at someone else's goo as being complementary to our own? Was that anybody's understanding?) Unfortunately, each pr I read is subconsciously preceded by "And now, brought to you by the same management team who many months ago asserted they were vigorously pursuing, in conjunction with legal counsel, a methodology by which insiders could actually purchase shares of the company....". Ridiculous and disingenuous. If LWLG succeeds, it will be despite management.
