Received a e mail from rob finally

I asked the question why the company is not taking a loan instead of continously diluting existing shareholders

Actually the slice of the usual investors is decreasing if you hold 30 million shares today you have about 1 percent of the outstanding shares on 31 december 2013

the company is showing a profit why they cannot receive a loan ( you know a lot of companies with 1.7 million profit not obtaining a loan)

Rob explained me that a bank is you best friend when you dont need them

my thought: high risk buy but i will play the game and hopefully will be rewarded
