Interesting. The SJ, IMO, gave great incentive for ATVI to settle. WDDD can refile.... The Attorneys will always be part of the Settlement; never pushed out of the way. It's the expertise that is needed and to avoid Execs from being sued as individuals...

How do you not know that a 'Business Decision' isn't already underway? Hence the change in counsel... oh, you don't. That was my point all along.
